Recommended reading

1. Garry Friesen, Decision Making & the Will of God, Multnomah Press, 1980

2. Albert James Dager, Vengance is Ours: The Church in Dominion, Sword
   Publishers, 1990
This book thoroughly exlpains what is going in in the Church these days.

3. Dennis McCallum, The Death of Truth, Bethany House Publishers, 1996.
Voices concern about Postmodernism infiltrating the Church.

4. Carl Widrig Jr, The Doctrine of the Kingdom of God, 1995

5. Mal Couch, gen. ed., Dictionary of Premillennial Theology,
   Kregel Publications, 1996

6. Phil Arms, Promise Keepers: Another Trojan Horse,1997,ISBN 1-890058-01-7.
A well-documented book by a pastor in Texas that does a good job in
exposing various aspects of PK, although exaggerating PK's (at least
"official") inclusiveness policy towards Mormons and homosexuals.

7. John E. Ashbrook, New Neutralism II, Here I Stand Books (536 Greenside
   Drive, Painsville, OH, 44077, $4), 1992.
An excellent historical evaluation of the sad state of politically-
   correct/postmodern evangelicalism, exposing deviant policies
of Fuller Seminary, Billy Graham, and Bill Bright, among others.

8. The Dialectic & Praxis: Diaprax and the End of the Ages,
   by Dean Gotcher.
Although not specifically referring to "Promise Keepers"
by name, this 52-page booklet describes the way PK is
brainwashing men to tolerate error through the controlled
(via dialogue, a.k.a. "relationship building") use of peer
pressure that breaks down one's willingness to confidently
express their own position as the absolute truth.

9. R.C. Sproul, Knowing Scripture, IVP, 1977
Pretty good for a non-dispensationalist. If every Christian
adhered to the guidelines he lays out, there would be a lot
less false doctrine in the Church.

10. Charles C. Ryrie, Dispensationalism (Today), Moody Press, 1995.
This excellent presentation not only defines Dispensationalism
and deals with many false doctrines (including "Progressive
Dispensationalism," and the views of Daniel Fuller), but it also
corrects many common misunderstandings and misrepresentations
of the system propagated by many a rabid "Reformed Baptist"
   (among others).

Pauline Dispensationalism (not to be confused with "Hyper" or "mid-Acts" Dispensationalism)
A definitive and comprehensive preservation of Dispensationalism (a la Ryrie).
Includes the work of Miles J Stanford and some excellent heresy hunting.
